Excellent optician. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, put one at ease and friendly. Very pleased I moved to this optician from somewhere that was overwhelmingly noisy and chaotic which I can't cope with these days

Not a routine appt. I had a deterioration in vision in one eye. Staff were excellent. Optometrist (a young Asian lady) was brilliant. She contacted A & E and I was seen that day. I?m impressed.

Customer service is disappointing. I had an appointment at 4 p.m. but was not seen until 4:30 p.m.
I walked in and was completely ignored.
Perhaps they are short-staffed, I?m not sure.
