Refused to accept online brp as proof of age to buy redbull. When i went to buy it she refused to me as well as i might give to him.. question is why uk have made online brp?s if tesco cannot accept. Now everything is digital. Need origional id to buy redbull. If tesco doesnot accept online id as approved by uvi then i am sorry tesco need to update there policy

If you're a customer (especially a young lad), expect to be harassed, followed and made extremely uncomfortable while shopping here. They spend more time driving customers away with their creepy harassment than they spend stocking shelves.

Usually no issues as rarely have to speak with staff. Today however I asked about the price of manuka honey rowse brand that was placed in a spot that said 5.75£. A youngish girl was around there and I asked her if the price was right- she says ? they are expensive aren?t they? assuming that I thought it was expensive?! I bought the same honey 2 days ago for 14 pounds, I told the girl but she didn?t want to be bothered. Said? can you ask someone else please maybe someone at the till?? And walked away. Cannot believe the arrogance and unhelpful attitude.
