Subway!!! Management!!!! Seriously, everyday something is missing, today most of salad fillings not available, I feel sorry for the team working being the counter and dealing with customers frustration and embarrassment. I would think twice before entering again.

Stale bread, slap happy approach, the bread was literally like a rock! Complained and they expected me to return it when I was settled at home! Such a waste of money and they aren't particularly cheap. Every time I visit the staff member are far too busy cleaning to even be bothered to serve me, three times now I have been told to wait while she finishes her cleaning chores! just ridiculous

I run a shop across the road and have to lock up and leave to collect my order for pick up. Without fail even though I arrive deliberately 20 mins minimum after pick up time, they haven?t bothered to make it and I have to leave and come back again. It?s not that difficult and whenever I go in there they are just standing around so what exactly is the difficulty? What is the point in pick up time when they can?t be bothered to make it on time.

I visited the 80 South Road in Haywards Heath on 27th Feb 24 between 17:30-18:15 and ordered a Plant patty with extra onions. I offered to pay for the extra onions. The Staff (white male) refused arrogantly the extra onions and was rude. The sandwich was also not properly portioned. Overall poor customer service.

So overpriced for what u get over £10 for a footlong now both subs arrived cold hardly any fillings mostly stodgy wet bread very unenjoyable never going back! subway is not what it once was very stingy now. Definitely avoid far better

First time. Work a few doors down and looking forward to a hot & delicious sandwich. Got neither. Luke warm and soggy!On top of which, no finesse whatsoever applied when placing the sub into its cardboard sleeve. As a result, the soggy mess fell apart as i took it out. Disastrous! Won?t be going back.

Second time this year I have ordered delivery and they put the ingredients in the wrong sandwich.I ordered a 6 inch with lots of veg and mayo and a footlong with different veg and BBQ. They put the ingredients for the 6 inch in the footlong, and vice versa.So to get the ingrediants we ordered, my other half would have to have two half sandwiches on a bread she doesn?t like and I have one half sandwich on a bread which I don?t like.

Subway delivery arrived stone cold, with the wrong salad choices and awful presentation as the food was all squashed and messy.Burgess Hill branch is way better.

Been in here several times and also ordered delivery too. Eating in is ok but you can wait ages to be served as they have very few staff here and the shop is small so not many places to sit to eat. On delivery it?s good service food is always hot and fresh never had any issues with subs being wrong etc but I have had cookies substituted which they just stuck a note in the bag saying hope this is ok when really you should be phoning the customer to check- for all they know I could have allergies or not like certain things. I had to get a refund as they were not the cookies I?d paid for and they didn?t ask me. Other than that great service.

Awful store - sent a completely wrong order out, called up store and didn?t do anything. Not even apologetic. Had issues multiple times with this branch, don?t visit!
