Dietary restrictions: If you have a no wheat ,no gluten diet (like my horsey chum and i) please make sure you take your own food as unfortunately Starbucks do not cater for us plus being vegetarian aswell not good

Awful at answering the phone if at all . Drinks are rarely ever full considering the price and half of the time coffee tastes like burnt coffee beans

Just ordered medium black Americano and I asked member of staff over the counter how many shots of coffee can get in medium Americano, she said 3 shots, so I ordered coffee she done good customer service and good staff, but coffee tast like black hot water, I couldn't not taste coffee whatsoever, my instant Americano tast better than this, just waste of money and disappointed to be honest... Not RECOMMENDED

Service, food and drinks were fine but it was absolutely filthy, there were uncleared and dirty tables and rubbish strewn all over the floor.

Not really a fan of cafe chains, this one in particular isn't very cosy nor was it that tidy when I was there. Service was a bit lacking too.

Friendly staff. Food OK. Unfortunately don't do decaf tea, and no decaf coffee isn't an alternative., it's like ordering chocolate and they offer an apple. Not a lot of space for prams and wheelchairs.
