Wonderful Service from Sally ? A True Gem!
We were served this morning by a lovely lady named Sally, and I just had to leave a review to say how truly wonderful she was. She was so kind, gentle, and genuinely caring, such a breath of fresh air in today?s fast-paced world.
She went out of her way to help our 6-year-old daughter choose a drink she would enjoy, which meant so much to us. Even though I didn?t order anything myself (only my husband and daughter did), she still asked if I?d like a glass of water ? such a small gesture, but one that shows real attentiveness and kindness.
Sally made us all smile, and it really reminded me how much of a difference one thoughtful person can make. In a time when so many people seem rushed or indifferent, Sally stood out as someone who truly cares.
I?m sure Sally has also made a difference to others who might have been feeling low! that kind of genuine warmth stays with people, often far beyond the moment.
Thank you, Sally! you made our morning that much brighter,

Popped in for a takeaway coffee and pastry on a Friday morning while we were visiting from up North. Met with the most lovely service from the ladies working here. Used my name and calling me lovely and doing it with everyone. What a nice experience xxx

I hate Starbucks....what they should do is have a HSBC branch next door so could rearrange your finances/mortgage to fund a warm coffee and dry avocado on a bit of wet toast?

Starbucks consistently delivers an exceptional experience, making it my go-to spot for a caffeine fix or a moment of relaxation. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee is inviting, and the atmosphere is always clean, well-lit, and comfortable ? perfect for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or simply enjoying a quiet moment.
The staff are always incredibly friendly, efficient, and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. Even during peak hours, they manage to get orders out quickly and with a smile. My drink is always prepared perfectly, exactly to my specifications, which is a testament to their attention to detail.
Beyond the excellent coffee and efficient service, I appreciate the consistency across all Starbucks locations. No matter where I am, I know I can count on the same high quality and welcoming environment. Plus, their seasonal drinks are always a delightful treat! Truly a consistently five-star experience.

This is a great starbucks as it rarely gets as crowded as town branches. It has seating outside and free parking. Staff are lovely and super friendly.

This Starbucks is not signposted from the A23, just a part of a small service area, and so I was surprised at how busy it was at about 10am on a Sunday morning.
There were plenty of staff, who were friendly and efficient, and yet because of how busy it was service felt slow and a small queue built.
Toilets were spotless and spacious, and generally the restaurant was bright and well maintained. A sausage roll and medium Cappuccino was £9.50 to take away.
