From booking online and going to the store I couldn?t fault my experience at all. From a warm welcome and step by step eye test everything was explained clearly for what needed. Even though the store was busy, everyone was well looked after. Choosing my glasses I was looked after by Sam and she was amazing, I felt so comfortable trying different pairs and so confident with the ones I went for. Stan finished the process and again I can?t fault the help and guidance I was given. Really looking forward to picking them up next week. Thank you

Jay and his team at Specsavers Haywards Heath are all so friendly and welcoming. Myself and my family have been going to this store for many years now and have had nothing but amazing customer service. Jay the Manager has always been so lovely to us, he is both professional and experienced and has always been so kind, patient and helpful. 5 Stars ??????????

My glasses broke and I needed them fixed. Walked right in and was greeted by a very smartly dressed fellow. He took one look at my glasses and told me with confidence that he could have them fixed in 2-3 minutes. I sat down in the waiting area and waited for Chief to sort out my specs.
He came back shortly and gave me my glasses looking good as new. I asked if I owed him anything and he said no. I then asked him his name and he told me it was Freddie. I left as soon as I had my glasses.
A brief experience but a very helpful one. Would definitely recommend this store for new glasses and repairs

Diabolical experience. Firstly my glasses frame was cracked when they gave it to me. Secondly, the Prescription was too strong after an eye test, they told me to ?try? them and get used to them and I had a week of migraines. Third time they made a fuss of changing the prescription to the correct one and tried to charge me. They then promised to call me when ready - guess what? never called. I went back 2 weeks later to collect my glasses (this is over 3 months later as all these problems too so long) and waited 35 mins in their store. People were being seen who came in way after me so I gave up, still haven?t got my £200 glasses. Would give 0 stars if I could

Came in December for an eye test and had two referrals for cataract ops all went well got glasses in April very happy great customer service in Haywards heath thankyou
