Instead it's filled up with frozen food ..as big sainsburys is only 5 minutes away whsts the point over stocking frozen food

very dissapointed with my experience today, i work as a customer assistant myself elsewhere and i didnt see one smile from any of the customers assistants in there. the manager strolling around also looked miserable. we asked for an item and we were told where it was but with no smile or empathy whatsoever. at my place of work you drop everything for your customer then go back to work when they are satisfied. there was about 3:4 people working one cage or stock taking up all the isles and as we tried to have a laugh with them and say ?sorry were in your way ahah? and not even a crack of a smile or a thank you for us moving out there way. the person who approved our age restricted item also avoided eye contact the entire time and ignored us when we spoke to him, he was a disabled person so we had some empathy towards him but he has served me before and spoken to me so i dont see why he couldnt at least acknowledge us today. please retrain your staff with some customer assistant training and basic communication. thank you

Very good but not enough parking and the disabled parking places are very often used by people without blue badges...

Handy little Sainsbury?s but the carpark here is tiny and horrendous. You are lucky if you can get a space plus getting in or out of the actual carpark from the main road is pretty dangerous. They also hike the prices of essentials and more.

No longer shopping here. Staff were rude about taking 1 handful of 2p?s for 1 chocolate bar. Having to call the manager to see if you could take ? a massive amount of change?. I walked out before the lady got off the radio as it was so embarrassing for something so small. It would have literally taken a minute or two to count and all three tills were open.The best bit was she (correctly) quoted that 2ps are only legal tender up to the value of 20p. But was the situation worth it? Embarrassing customer service and I?ll take my £50-60 a week typical spend here to the coop instead. You won the battle but not the war ;)

Over priced, I expect it's the usual bull about it being a small shop but the huge main store is only a mile away as the crow flies so you might as well go there.Incredibly dodgy parking, which is difficult to access and egress with a car, be very cautious both of other vehicles and pedestrians. Parking spaces are small and shared with pet store.Better to shop on foot if you have to go here.Staff are the only bright spot as they at least are helpful.

Sainsburys is very lucky to have Chris working for them, he was putting stock out, serving customers on the till also salf scan, welll done to Chris.
