I?m staying here for work, the the 2 times I?ve been here so far have been excellent. From my first arrival the staff have been amazing. Milosz, Charlotte, the cool little dude with the bracelets who sorts out breakfast (Carl or Hal I couldn?t pick up his name in passing, sorry dude!) they?re all great. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet as you?d expect from a Premier Inn. Convenient location to the train station as well. ??????????. A great team and place all round.

I had stayed in the Premier Inn Haywards Heath before, so I knew what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. Very comfortable and consistent room experience, with a decent breakfast to start the day. Reasonable price for the area.

Good basic hotel, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was relatively good but could have been a bit more cheaper ... but I guess it was ok as kids got to eat free. Parking was not free and spaces not available all the time and we felt it was expensive at 7£ each time we drove out and 11 £ for 12 hrs. We had requested extra linen and the iron - board and these were provided straightaway. Also got the room tidied up as requested. It was approximately a 40 min drive to Brighton Beach so it was a + as we couldn't find cheaper hotels closer to the beach at short notice. Thank you Premier Inn.

Self Service Check-in booths were both faulty. Only room available was an accessible room, despite not booking one. Effectively 2 single beds pushed together and no bath. TV remote didn't work. Restaurant menu choices were. shocking. I've stayed in over 100 Premier Inn's over the last 6 years and this is the worst. No Pie, No Chicken, No Chips, No Coleslaw, which left you with Steak & Mash or Fish & Mash. The steak was full of water and only palatable with the peppercorn sauce. If I hadn't paid for the meal deal, I would have gone and found a petrol station to grab a snack. Breakfast in the morning was good though. Hot, fresh and lots of choices (unlike the dinner the night before). The staff did their best, were friendly and attentive.

Booked a twin for 2 adults. When I arrived, there was a double bed only. There is a separate futon which could be made in to a second bed, but no spare sheet or duvet was provided, also only one full sized towel was provided despite the booking being for two adults sharing a twin room. I would recommend you call in advance to specify your requirements if booking a twin.

Stayed in many Premier Inns but the price of this one was surprisingly high, Poor greeting by dis-interested receptionist who walked off when I declined paying £10 extra to get into the room at 2.45!!! Very pleasant lady checked me in at 3.01pm!!! Usual comfortable room and excellent breakfast. On site parking virtually non-existent. Very handy for main line railway station. supermarkets and restaurants.

Really good staff. For the price food and drink is not bad. Lovely simple comfortable room. Duvet too hot for summer, poor noise insulation from room above. Disturbed night! Next time I?m going to book the top floor if possible. I?m not alone in this criticism.

Wouldn't stay here again if it was the last place in Sussex. I'd feel more comfortable in a tent on the top of the South Downs, I also wouldn't be charged £6 each time i took the car out and back. They even ran out of food for the Continental breakast I'd paid for when booking. Useless place where even one star is %75 too high.

Very good value on certain nights due to the easyjet style demand pricing

Usual very good room facilities we have come to expect from PI, but issues with check in due to staff shortages or because PI are running their hotels on a shoestring? Breakfast was poor due to again staffing issues and the fact not enough food was being produced to meet the demand. Won't use this one again.

Came for the unlimited breakfast buffet only, and I have to say, for £9.99, the value is excellent. Everything tasted fresh and of a decent quality, the selection on offer was more than adequate, and the drinks, both hot and cold, were also of a similar high standard.Seating is limited, so it might be an idea to pay online first in order to reserve your seat.

Had a lovely weekend at Haywards Heath for a family trip to Brighton. Really close to the train station but not close enough to hear them. Regular trains. Clean, comfortable and well maintained hotel. Will definitely return.

I?ve stayed at Premier Inns many a time. I like this chain for their consistency. They create a relaxing and comfortable experience which appears to be displayed throughout the company. Premier Inns are a reliable and steady venue for a comfortable stay away from home.

This year I wanted to stay at the Burgess Hill primary Inn but as it is a little bit more expensive I decided to stay at Haywards Heath premier Inn again. One of the thing I like about Haywards heath premier Inn is the train station is only a few minutes walk as I don't drive a car. Also the Haywards heath premier Inn look has a nicer look then Burgess Hill. Last year I stayed for 1 day and 1 night but this year I stayed for 2 days and 2 nights. It's very easy to check in and check out. The rooms are comfortable and are the right size for me to come on my own. Also the room I had this year had shower instead of a bath as the shower is what I prefer to use. The staff are very friendly and welcoming when I arrived. I will look forward to coming to the premier Inn at Haywards heath again next year as I had to good experience again this year.
