We went for an early dinner today, there was 4 of us with two kids. We called ahead and our table was ready with the high chairs by the time we got over. We got lucky the place was a bit quiet and we beat the dinner rush.
Pizza was good
We got a side of Mac and cheese for the kids, good flavour for the kids, the adults
Found it a bit bland
Overall service was great

My friend and I came here for dinner on Wednesday evening. Christina the lovely waitress made our meal a great experience, the food was good and there were some deals on the app. I would certainly come back! Thanks

Ordered food, came over 2 hours late & was the wrong order! Called 12 times & no answer. Ended up driving to the restaurant, which was not busy whatsoever, wasn?t offered anything else to compensate other than the food we originally ordered, 3 hours previously.

Food was good, service excellent. Regarding the atmosphere, although lovely decorated, we were freezing, it was so cold that we didn't enjoy as much as we could have. Please turn the heating on!

Met a friend for a pre Christmas catch up but the speed of service was so fast it felt like we were being rushed through and back out the door.
We asked about the festive menu as indicated on the app and physical menu only to be told that it was all there on the main menu which felt dismissive.
When we got the bill we were told we hadn?t ordered from the festive menu?.the menu that we didn?t know of?!!
All very unclear and misleading and then defensive from the waitress which was a shame.
Food was ok. Just as you?d expect.

We are regular Pizza Express diners and never have we experienced such a terrible time at one of your restaurants. The service and food was appalling. We reserved a table for 4pm with our young toddler. After ordering our food, the adult pizza?s arrived at the table, half of them cold. Then came the sides bit by bit, delivered to the table by a young kid who had no idea what any of the sides were when asked? These also all arrived to the table stone cold, like they?d been left on the counter for an hour. After asking two members of staff where our child?s pizza was, that then finally arrived. When we complained to our server she advised that she had relayed all of this to the manager. However, at no point did the manager make an appearance to our table to acknowledge the issues or to even apologise. There was no compensation for the terrible food we received. We unfortunately will not return to this restaurant in the future.

I give 5 stars as I the staff is amazing and the food is nice. The new chicken and chorizo pasta is great. It was really spicy, unusual for most British food that is called spicy but in reality is missing the kick. This one was right...be aware if you don't like spicy don't as it is hot! I like very hot food and this one was ok but could easily be too spicy if not used to spicy food.
My only complaint is that the window was slightly ajar and it was very cold ? inside.

Everything was really good. Service was as fast as they could. I felt that they were short of personnel. Still, the service was very helpful. We sat in the first row of tables, and we had to keep wearing our coats all night, so it looked like they were not using the heaters.
