I'm not from the area and was in a rush to get to the airport and needed a screen protector for Samsung S24 Ultra.
Robyn recommended a fair priced protector even though there was a more expensive option available in store. She even fitted it for me there and then. She was very friendly and did an excellent job. A true credit to your company. Thank you.

I?ve just recently got a new phone and as always I was planning to pop in here and buy it to get some advice, help setting it up and sort out my contract but I got my previous phone quite a while ago and I suddenly remembered that when I got that phone from here they made no effort whatsoever to help me actually set up the phone (I had real issues getting even the SIM card in!) it was so frustrating after they?d been so helpful with sorting the contract etc for me they didn?t help with the actual device - help that someone like me who knows nothing about technology and is disabled could really need. I thought that was pretty bad for a big company like o2. So when I got my new phone this time my brother got it for me online and set it all up for me - I shouldn?t have to feel I have to ask family for help if I need assistance in store then assistance should be provided. You charge a lot for phones now the least you can do is make sure customers are happy to set it up and work it.
