I was looked after very well by the Branch Manager Erick Mushambi who went above and beyond to make my visit with a 3 months old baby hassle free. His advice was clear and helpful. I am very glad to be a customer!

A massive thank you to the branch manager Erick not only was he very helpful with all my banking needs when he heard I needed building insurance he took the time to walk me through the process of getting a quote being very informative and patient while I filled it out. So not only was there great service it was also cheaper than other company?s! Thank you again Erick we wouldn?t have done this without you!! Will be recommending this branch to everyone.

Very friendly staff, was greeted very pleasantly by all staff especially the branch manager Erick, who was extremely helpful and took his time to explain Building Insurance to us in depth. Would highly recommend Nationwide!!!

Five stars for the branch manager Erick who went above and beyond, not only with helping me, but with the customer before me who had a crying baby. He gave her privacy to feed and a cup of tea, which as a mum of two, was lovely to see.

Amazing staff (shout-out to Erick), my son completed his work experience hours at Haywards Heath branch and during his experience he felt well looked after, valued and had a lot to learn. Having known Nationwide for many years (we had first time buying mortgage with Nationwide 8 years ago, when they were also incredibly helpful). I would strongly recommend them.
