My grandma had a problem with her bifold doors and the man that came was brilliant. It wasn?t actually a problem with the lock in the end so will have to go to a different company but man who came to have a look was really helpful. He suggested a company who could get it fixed and he tried to figure out what the problem was, himself. He didn?t charge us for the short time he was here and overall he was really friendly. Excellent service! (Sorry I don?t know the man?s name). :)

These guys are superb. I needed to use a set of roof bars on my car and discovered, with 24 hours to go, that I had lost the keys. Lock Assist to the rescue! The locks were undone and 2 keys cut within a few hours, so I could easily use the roof bars the next day. By their account, the task wasn't straightforward as the key number stamped onto the lock barrel was the wrong one. All this for a very readonable price. I fully recommend them. Very friendly and helpful as well.

Excellent service from lock assist today. Our back door had slipped down and was putting pressure on the lock system causing it to jam and the key become occasionally stuck in. Called lock assist who fit us in the very same day. Problem sorted and door back fully functional. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company. They were very fast to arrive and fix our front door after we called them. Extremely polite and friendly and very knowledgable. They were able to fix the problem quickly, allowing us to use the door the same day. They even cleaned the PVC with a professional cleaner where it had stains for us!Thank you for a great level of customer service, we will use this company for any future work without hesitation.

We thought that we needed to break the locking because on a door that we had not been able to open for some time. Paul was able to open the door and reset the mechanism so that we can now use the door. His work has saved us the cost of a new locking mechanism. He also suggested further work in order to make the door more draught proof.We would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely top service, I can't recommend them highly enough. This is the second time I've used Lock Assist (for different properties) and as before, the telephone was answered promptly and I was given advice to ensure my door was secure overnight. The technician came first thing the following morning and fixed the problem completely, avoiding the need for a whole new lock. Top class service at very fair prices!!

Excellent service, quick, friendly, approachable, helpful.I didn't get anyones names unfortunately but the lady i phoned was just wonderful despite me being mid meltdown having a good cry the wrong side of my very locked front door, locksmith man arrived within 10 minutes, was so friendly and knowledgeable. Just cannot thank you guys enough.Managed to get back in my house in time for my presentation. Absolute life savers!!

Phoned LockAssist to ask about getting keys cut for a lock . I sent t photos and was advised that it was Chinese padlock which they could open for me. Popped into the shop and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who took my details. While we were talking Paul came past swooped up the lock and about 5-10 minutes later returned with the opened padlock. He obviously loves his job and likes the challenge it can bring. One ooen lock one very happy customer!
