Kamsons are a absolute joke make disabled people go a whole weekend without vital meds put a prescription in on a Tuesday call them Friday to be told they are not going to deliver it to Monday when i said i need it over the weekend the attitude was well pick it up or wait till Monday disgusting ( Broadfield Crawley )

The pharmacist based at Heath Road pharmacy is extremely rude and unhelpful. I called (on 02/08/24) to arrange to pick up a prescription on the instructions of the 111 service as my GP practice was closed. I had major knee surgery a week before and needed pain medication urgently. He refused to prescribe the medication and offered no advice. When I asked for his name he hung up on me! This is totally unacceptable behaviour from a health professional and he certainly shouldn?t be employed by Kamson?s or any other pharmacy!

Daylight robbery prices. Also they don't always have generic available. Much cheaper online if private prescription or at other pharmacy. Bad customer service.

The only time I?ve used this pharmacy the pharmacist was incredibly rude to me. I?d certainly never return after that and glad I have my regular prescription elsewhere. Sounds like some customer service training is required here.

I didn?t even know that this pharmacy existed until today, they were brilliant and got my medication ordered in and then got it ready for me all in the same day! Thank you very much I would highly recommend.

I quite recently moved to this chemist as It was nearer home for me.
I do not recommend them and I will be moving my pharmacy with immediate affect.
A medicine was missing from my prescription and the lady there said my prescription ran out on 19/04. So I was just left without medication
That keeps my blood sugar level down to an acceptable level. The lady said I would have to to call my doctors on Monday to discuss it with them. But it was her attitude. She genuinely didn?t care that I haven?t got my tablets that could effect my health! I called back and spoke to the manager to complain about her and he was just the same!!
Im never going to use Kamsans again and I wouldn?t recommend them to anyone.

Horrendous service, slowest pharmacy you can imagine. Constant queues outside and they are serving in avarage 6 customers per hour . Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!
