How difficult is it to get the order right? There is ALWAYS something missing. Failing that, I've asked for 4 cookies and you've sent 4 pineapple pops; where is the logic? If you don't have something in stock, take it off of your website!

??AVOID AVOID AVOID ??
I think this is the worst KFC I have ever used.
I have eaten KFC across many restaurants both in the UK and abroad, however this restaurant genuinely stands alone, and I mean this is worse than a KFC in the USA that made me and my friends physically sick?
To clarify, I am reviewing this ?restaurant? based on orders that my partner and I have made from the KFC app as well as the JustEat app, delivered.
- On multiple occasions now the restaurant have missed things off the order. For example; one time they missed two entire burgers off - from the JustEat exclusive ?2 Fillet Burgers & 2 Signature Fries for £10? deal - I got the fries but no burgers - there was only 1 other thing on the order so how can they miss off the burgers? ?.. the key part of the meal!?
- The Rice Box with an extra Zinger fillet (for extra money) came with only 1 chicken fillet! So I was left feeling ripped off, additionally there was little to no sauce included. Two key parts of the meal missing? things I PAID for?
- A Fillet burger I once ordered had a rock solid bun, and I mean as if it had been sat for hours under the hot plate. I could crumble it in my hands as if it was sand. Not appetising at all - not a soft bread bun like I have had from other KFCs. To make things worse though, inside the bun was Ketchup! Where was the Mayo and Lettuce that makes it a Fillet Burger? ?it isn?t meant to have ketchup! - even I know that and I don?t work there!
- I have had drinks missing from delivery orders too. Say no more on that? pretty self explanatory.
- Also it is frequently ridiculously long wait times - I once waited 2 hours for my order off the KFC app, when it arrived it was stone cold! I complained to get a refund but had to microwave it to reheat the food so as to not waste it!
To anyone considering using this KFC - Please do yourselves a favour and go to the Burgess Hill KFC instead. It?s loads better than Haywards Heath and only up the road. There is a bus that will take you from where the Haywards Heath one is, to Burgess Hill (in case you can?t drive) - it?s worth the trip. As a Haywards Heath resident - I will be going to Burgess Hill instead from now.
I kept giving the Haywards Heath KFC the benefit of doubt, hoping they would get their act together and improve? but EVERY time I am left disappointed, feeling ripped off and like I have wasted my choice of takeaway treat. It?s a shame as it?s is my nearest but I will never use it again.
Please - everyone? Steer clear of this KFC as it really is genuinely terrible! Go elsewhere!

Oh dear KFC and Staff! Ordered to collect and despite pressing 'Collect' before I even parked up, I waited 30 mins to collect my order. 2 x young lads working hard front of house appeared completely miserable, not a smile to be seen. But worst of all are the one group of teenagers sat swearing, blatantly vaping, feet on the table etc without any drink or food in front of them. Where is the manager of this place to challenge this? Despite all this the food itself was hot and enjoyed! Such a shame the other things let this place down.

Always consistently poor quality from this site! Food always cold and stale very very rarely freshly cooked! Every single time without fail there is something missing from the order!! Big time avoid especially with much better options in the immediate area!

Me and my family love kfc, but every single time we order we are missing £20-30 of food and honestly its not acceptable, especially since refunds take 7 days to process and overall it is just inconvenient. A mistake is fine but it has been over 5 times consecutively that they have missed a large portion of the order, i even added in the order notes this time ?Please remember all of our food?, and it is awful i even feel the need to write that and they STILL do not bring it all.

Should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Ordered on the website for a delivery order confirmed and money taken. Pushing on an hour later, contacted your hopeless customer services and they couldn't find my order Then contacted the branch I ordered it from to be told they are closed. Asked about refund and they gave me another number to call which was wrong. How the hell are you in business ?????
Reply to your response:- Yet again you can't even read a review properly. As stated in my review I ordered through your website. I've tried speaking to people and communicated to you on X. How hard can it be to issue a refund. You have all my details? If you can no longer find my order then you've lost my payment details as well. Isn't that a GDPR issue???

Soulless ordering process with no staff interaction. Napkin Station completely bare. Long wait for food with items missing. Food was lukewarm and overpriced. Avoid this fast food place if you're in Haywards Heath.
