Infuriating experience trying to buy a bed from here.
Bought a divan with delivery, nothing for over a week. Finally got them on the phone said they would deliver. Nothing again, then after 2 weeks they find out that the bed was never available and they didn?t have anything suitable, but would let me know when there was.
Had to call/text several times, til eventually got a response saying there was a suitable bed. I said yes, please deliver asap. Both me and my partner messaged and were ignored. Almost a month in, I call and they act as if nothing is wrong and that they didn?t receive messages (that were clearly delivered on imessage).
FINALLY got them to deliver the bed after over a month. They took a divan in exchange (they offered only £20 for a good quality king divan). It?s now been weeks and I?ve been ignored about getting the £20.
Absolute nightmare and not once was any kind of responsibility or apology for mistakes or even inconvenience was offered.

Bought a lovely dfs sofa on their website, there was loads to choose from and got it for a really decent price! Delivery men were very quick and friendly and did the job with ease. Thank you!

Had a very bad experience with this store. We were selling our sofas which were in very good condition as they had hardly been sat on and had come from a smoke, pet and kid free home. I provided clear photos and a full description (including that one had some fading on the back).
Carol said they would pay £120 for both sofas which was a lot less than we expected but we were grateful that they would collect them. I had to keep reminding Carol about coming to collect them, but in the end she sent someone.
Once collected Carol told us that the sofas were stained and faded and they would not pay for them. However she refused to send any photos to show the stains and fading.
I can't say whether someone was being dishonest or whether they were stained in transit, but it was a very disappointing experience and I would not deal with this store again.

AMAZING selection of sofas, beds, and hard furniture. I?d been to countless charity furniture shops and 5 different Next home stores looking for affordable but nice things for my new home, and it turns out all I needed was to come here.I?ll definitely be back after we?ve moved and need to fill some more spaces!

Saw a table online, popped in the following day, they couldn't have been more helpful, no pressure, have a look around if you want to, even helped me load it, but you can have stuff delivered as well.

Bought an excellent condition leather twin recliner from here a week ago,really good price including delivery.very clean,no marks or scuffs etc,delivery guy brought it in and reassembled it for us and was very pleasant will definitely use Home From Home again!

The 4 ladder back kitchen chairs are just as we hoped and the shop was an Aladdin's cave of wonderful selection of furniture and we will definitely be back for more when we are ready

Has anyone encountered this problem with this lady before ?Other shop owners have told me they always do this .As far as my knowledge goes the public parking bays which should be first come first served .These people placed a chair on the parking bay mentioning they have a van coming in 10 minutes to park there .The parking bay does not belong to them and I actually needed 10 minutes to get something from the shop .The blonde lady working at the shop (Home from home )proceeded to sit there with the chair.Very rude and I have contacted the council and the parking enforcement about this ,taken pictures also which I will upload everywhere.Incredible?you can?t even park anymore in public spaces because they do these stuff .Like ,seriously ?Im not some sort of a Karen to complain about stuff but since this happens frequently there as far as I understood I do encourage people to make a complaint and take action.If they really need their own parking to load /unload they should get it and pay for it instead of obstructing paying customers that are coming and spending money there on other businesses also.Until then ,it?s public .If I could give a 0 ,I would .
