Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Had the pleasure of meeting Dan and Steve today who saved my day, when I needed a replacement gear cable halfway on route to Brighton from Godstone. They were so nice, helpful, quick and just delightful. Go there for any bike issues ?.. they are the best!

I took a cycle in for repairs. It had been standing outside for about 5 years, and also asked for the wheels to be changed to quick release. They said they could get it back on the road and it would be ready to collect the same day! Remarkable service at a reasonable price for what looked like a massive job.
3 months later they helped me again. Broken pedal crank on another bike. They fitted a new one while I waited, didn't charge for labour. Total cost £20, and all done in 10 minutes. Excellent

During our trip through London and Paris, I had an unfortunate fall and started having issues with my bike ? the chain kept slipping off the front chainrings. We were so lucky to spot Cycle Centre Haywards Heath on our route.
As soon as I asked for help, the team jumped into action. They quickly diagnosed that my crank pedal was loose and took the time to fix it properly. Not only that, they realigned my front derailleur to stop the chain from falling off entirely.
When I asked them how much it would cost, they simply smiled and said not to worry about it. That kind of generosity and kindness is rare ? especially when you?re far from home and dealing with unexpected issues.
Massive thanks to the team for their professional, friendly, and generous service. Highly recommended to anyone in the area or passing through!

Great service from Steve! Had a puncture during a ride and then a burst inner tube, turned up and steve sorted it out no problem. £49.99 for a new back tire and inner tube, couldn?t be happier ?

Shortly after starting ride this morning found electronic gear shifters not responding, rode up to The Broadway on off chance it was a quick fix. Expert Mechanic at HH Cycle Centre was able to work his magic and sort out very quickly. Many thanks

Fantastic service!
Fobbed off by large bicycle chain in nearby town, saying bike needed to go in for service for near £200 to diagnose issue. Haywards Heath Cycle Centre found source of issue with carbon forks rocking & resolved within 5 minutes & no inflated charges!

I?d like to give a big shout out to Dan at the Cycle Centre on the Broadway.
So often, people are quick to complain when their expectations aren?t met, but far too slow to give praise when they are.
Dan provided fantastic service?no hard sell, just honest advice from a clearly knowledgeable and experienced cyclist. For those on a budget (that?s me) the transparent pricing was really helpful.
This is exactly why local businesses like this are so important to have on our high streets. They bring real value, expertise, and a personal touch that?s hard to find elsewhere!
