Ok petrol station didn?t cope very well during the panic buying allowed people to park right up to the main road and back - was absolutely terrifying to sit in a queue on the road, worried that some idiot would smash into the back of us. We weren?t panic buying we had to stop because my dad was driving me back from a hospital appointment in London and he was on the very verge of being out of fuel - we so nearly didn?t make it home and being disabled that?s a terrifying situation to be in. Once we got to the front of the queue I waved my blue badge at the guy because I wanted them to understand our need for fuel was absolutely desperate they just told us we could join the queue for a pump and wait to see if there was anything left - absolutely no priority was given to us at all. I was a bit disgusted by this to be honest. My dad literally put in the fuel he needed to get home and not a penny more paid and drove away, later he said he could have got a full tank there but didn?t feel he should take it despite the fact we had no fuel left and had queued on a busy main road dangerously for ages. But hey least we made it home and hopefully it never happens again because this was chaos.

Standard fuel station with jet wash and air pump. Has good selection of items in shop with a costa coffee machine and toilet. Staff could have a lesson in customer service as none of them hold a conversation when I try.

Usually one of the best prices in the broader Haywards Heath area. Friendly and helpful staff. Nectar points available from here too.I avoid visiting in peak commuting times as it is situated very close to a roundabout, which may make it awkward to exit from if turning right. This is the only negative, though.
