The store manager Hamza bent over backwards to sort out issues with both myself and my wife.Excellent customer service which is often lacking these days.He managed to come up with a solution with my wifes phone and sorted out my broadband account with BT after lengthy discussions with them.Top marks!

Went to EE shop two weeks ago and the young lady manager (sorry I forgot her name) was absolutely amazing. Extremely high customer service, gave us incredible advice and looked after me and my son so well! She was outstanding!!

I had to upgrade my phone. They could not have been more efficient and helpful. My husband came back with me to pick up the phone and they saved us money on our BT subscription. A truly 5 star service - friendly and efficient. We had the feeling that everyone we dealt with just wanted us to have the best deal possible.

Mis led to believe my contract would be a certain monthly amount to be charged an extra £40 on the first month and then an extra £10 a month following that ?with inflation? which I wasn?t made aware of when getting the contract out after asking several times and being assured the amount I was agreeing to was the amount I?d be paying each month. So I am now stuck in a contract for the next two years at a price I didn?t agree to. I Returned to the store several times to resolve the problem and told someone would be in contact to sort the issue. Now to be told there?s ?Nothing they can do as it?s stated in the small print? of my written contract and the lady that sold me the contact no longer works there. Staff need to be trained to not miss sell a contract at an amount out of the budget someone is able to pay!!

We went into the store on Thursday my daughter wanted information on a smart watch ufte and Heidi where brilliant. Couldn't do enough for us .offering drinks and advice. They were really lovely. Best service I've had in a long long time
