Honestly never spoken to a more rude and degrading person. I called to ask what happened when they said there was no order under our name and wow did he want a fight! For no actual reason, and no apology either. I made a suggestion and that was absolutely the wrong idea apparently. He needs some training for phone manners because I am not the sort of person who fights on the phone! Rude.
They need a hygiene check too, it?s disgusting!
Will never order from this branch again and wish I read reviews that said the same thing because this is a regular comment - dominoes you need to listen now!

I don't buy from this branch anymore. Delivery has become appalling in the past year: drivers unable to find a nearby address (multiple times). The pizza quality has suffered as well.

1 hour and 40 minutes and still waiting for our delivery.Not only the most expensive pizza in HH (and extremely average) but the most unreliable.IF YOU'RE NOT COLLECTING, DO NOT USE!(UberEats will not support this restaurant, so you're on your own).

So we rang them up and explained to the woman that the pizzas were very dry and hard to eat and it?s not the quality we expect especially when we paid that amount, it?s literally every time we?ve ordered from here in the day there?s problems, the woman instantly disregarded everything we were saying and made out it?s not dry and we were basically lying about it then made out we always complain then put the phone down on us! then ignored the phone when we tried to call back to speak with a manager, I mean who treat?s their customers like this!? (Please Avoid this place!!)These people have no respect

Our pizza was good but I had long strand of hair baked into mine which was gross. I couldn?t get ahold of anyone to tell them either.

Customer service is terrible. They are exceedingly disinterested in acknowledging your arrival or taking an order. Understand they can be busy but doesn't take much to acknowledge you and say they will be there as soon as they can. Very poor

Poor, the girl at the counter stood with her back to me scrolling through instagram for 5 mins before acknowledging I was there, while there were 4 guys starring at boxes changing stickers on boxes, they forgot to put my dough balls in the oven, then I finally get my order and it?s wrong, no wonder it?s wrong after the amount to times they changed the stickers round, If you are vegan / veggi or have an allergy avoid this place like the plague, But if you want to play cold pizza lottery then go for it, I won?t be going back

Very disappointed in the customer service, one of my items hadn't been sent, took two attempts to get through on the phone once i did was told my item would be sent out but it never came.
