I am always using Costa all over the place I have a Costa card on my phone my problem is I keep forgetting to take my phone in the shop but if you keep the till transaction they will put it on your Costa card next time you are in the shop.Robert

Visited today for a coffee, any vacant tables were covered with trays of used crockery, a member of staff was putting a delivery away, in my experience the customer comes first h her time would have been better spent clearing tables & doing delivery when a bit quieter. Won't be visiting again absolute shambles

Waited for almost 20 minutes for our drinks on a Sunday, staff couldn?t be any slower? uninterested, prioritising customers who are after us. 3 staff on and honestly just ridiculously slow. I would leave no stars if I could given the cost of it all.
