STAFF MENTION: Went into Boots this afternoon, looking for some help with choosing a foundation for my sons wedding.
Joseph, who works on Tues and Thurs, went above and beyond my request for help, giving me a full face make up tutorial. I felt amazing when he showed me the makeover in the mirror, he had completely transformed my look . He was so kind and so expert , and did not try to push me into buying all of the products.Such a lovely experience, thank you Joseph, can't recommend you highly enough.

I do understand the previous negative comments. Unfortunately I had the same negative experience earlier today. A woman at the pharmacy counter has headphones, saying something without looking at me and when I did not realise she was talking to me, she started to educate me?!?!?!
I explained to her that I did not realise it was me she was talking to, she started to sigh, roll her eyes and make me feel stupid. When I did not accept this, her non-existing customer service skills are getting worse. I won't continue but those staff are bringing a shop's reputation waaay down. Put her please in the stock room or give her any other task except customer facing role. Such a shame for a lovely Boots branch

Very bad customer service ,called twice on two differnt days For 2 different things both days staff was arrogent and rude staff .. not helpfull at all Dont know Why they work if they are not Happy to Do there job

Boots Haywards Heath
Please be aware that this store is charging more for identical products to other Boots Stores and online. In my case there was a £45 price difference. When I queried the price, despite the store calling the neighbouring store to confirm the price disparity the manager was still not willing to honour the lower price.
There is clearly no price integrity at Boots. For such an established high street brand this is so disappointing and I will start shopping elsewhere.

I have my repeat prescriptions from this pharmacy and every single time I need it done they either have it ready and don?t bother to text me to tell me it?s waiting or they do send a text and we?ve gone to pick it up only to find out things are still on order and they?ll do an I owe you or that they have actually once given one of my drugs to another customer because apparently they needed it more urgently than I did and they will re order it for me - basically they are shocking. They barely answer the phone so you can?t phone to find out if things are ready and waiting for you to collect because you can?t rely on them to text you. Oh and sometimes the staff are incredibly rude too. Changed rating as things have improved a bit they do now always text about my prescription I?m not sure what the problem was but I gave them my phone number again and now I do get the texts. I go to collect it and it?s there ready & waiting. I just wish they wouldn?t close the pharmacy here during an hour a day I get the staff need a lunch break but it?s not helpful when we need to collect prescriptions and we have to work out when to go into town to get it around when your pharmacy counter is actually open. The staff are ok here they do answer the phone most times if you need to ring.

Really poor service with online doctor and prescription. All approved 2 days ago and still radio silence from the Boots pharmacy Haywards Heath whether my stuff is ready for collection. Called the central office, they cant help and told me to go to the store and check with them! What a superb customer service! Highly NOT recommend

Snooty. Instead of, ?it?s closed until 2? with no explanation, how about, ?sorry, the pharmacist is on lunch break until 2, but you could try Orchard pharmacy across the road?.

My husband had his emergency prescription of blood pressure tablets sent here, because cuckfield Lloyds chemist had gone into administration suddenly on the Friday he was due to pick up his prescription. We rang our GP who arranged it to be sent to Boots Haywards Heath. So when we turned up, no queue it was very quiet although the pharmacy assistant made us wait 5 minutes while he shuffled papers, and then proceeded to tell my husband they would be unable to process his prescription as they only did acute prescriptions. He spoke to my husband as if he was a child and he refused to process the prescription even though it meant my husband would be without blood pressure tablets for a few days. We took the prescription and went to Orchard pharmacy they were super friendly and helpful and took 2 minutes to dispense his medication. This man lost boots business , we will not be going there again and would advise other people not to. He was a very large man dressed in black, who obviously had no compassion or knowledge of what can happen if someone with high blood pressure misses there tablets. Customer service was non existent.

Poor pharmacy experience. Young lady was lovely but overall observed unhelpful attitude over 2 visits and phonecalls.
