What should have been a simple tint and shape has completely ruined my eyebrows. I have incredibly fair skin and naturally ginger hair - my eyebrows were light and I usually have them ever so slightly tinted to add to the shape. Would not recommend and won?t be returning again.

Absolutely terrible place. Lady with glasses completely ruined my eyebrows despite just asking for a simple clean. I WOULD RUN A MILE from this place. Terrible attitude to top it all off.

Unfortunately I had the worst experience getting my brows threaded here yesterday. I just wanted them tidied up before going on holiday and the shape has been completely ruined and they are very wonky.

Filed away the skin around my nails. It?s so sore and it bled. Manicure is perhaps the worst I?ve ever had in my life. Patchy, thin. I don?t think they actually do nails here. Avoid if you want a manicure.Service: Manicure

Went to get my eyebrows threaded in this shop, very disappointed with the service provided and the result I was left with. I have my eyebrows threaded regularly and this is the worst experience I have ever had, eyebrows left untidy with odd hairs sticking out, also one eyebrow noticeably shorter than the other. I also found the staff to be unfriendly and rude, do not use this place.

My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, loved every bit of my experience with Suki. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. She took her time and treated me very well, outcome was perfect. Her extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched. I am 9months pregnant and such a comfort on my first visit, would keep visiting and highly recommend.Services: Body waxing

3 stars for actually doing my browsHowever, they lost 2 stars due to the woman working there abruptedly leaving me in between to tend to other customers when she was doing my brows. Found this rude and no respect for my time by keeping me waiting while she tends to others.Would say to find a more professional place to get your brows done. Professionalism is lacking here.I felt like I was kept waiting and then hurried out.I also feel that 3 stars is me being very generous.
