I entered Belvoir Haywards Heath Easter competition and very luckily won! When I went in to collect my beautiful hamper, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness. All staff members made an effort to come and say hello to myself and my young son; making us feel so welcome.I hear nothing but glowing reviews about Belvoir Haywards Heath. They have brilliant social media pages which are so informative and interactive. An amazing branch with a wonderful team!

Having encountered some real sharks in my time, or just indifferent or incompetent people, Yvette and Chris were both a breath of fresh air. I had a very difficult time house-hunting because of an illness in the family which meant I started a week late and in a bit of a panic. So it was very calming and reassuring to deal with people who were not just professional and timely, but also helpful and trying to make it go smoothly for me. With Yvette I felt that she was acting as much on my behalf as she was on the landlord's, and that is incredibly rare in my experience. The referencing software they have chosen is well-built (some systems are awful) and the phone / email support behind it also competent and responsive, plus Yvette kept an eye on the whole thing and helped it all go through without a hitch even though we had some problems with some of the documents required. Overall, a professional, personal and friendly service with attention to all the details. Brilliant.
