I visited Barclays Haywards Heath branch and was helped by Sara Phillips. She showed me how to pay cash into the self-service machine and explained everything clearly. Sara was very friendly, approachable, and really helpful ? it made the experience quick and easy. Excellent customer service!

I am writing this on behalf of my sister, Helen, on Monday she wanted to take an unusual amount of cash from the inside cash machine . But the amount and card were blocked immediately and referred to the fraud dept. The staff in the bank tried to help at the time but she had to phone the fraud dept so did it from home. They were really helpful and sorted the issue out that day . So today she went back to the Haywards Heath branch , went straight to the open desk where Amanda was on hand to help her.
We find all the staff in Haywards Heath helpful and friendly. Thank you as usual

I had a really good experience at Barclays Bank last week. The staff were friendly and professional and very efficient. Sara in particular went above and beyond to help me pay a cheque into my mums account. The whole process went smoothly and a lot quicker than I expected.

Had a very Stressful weekend on Friday 28th March , ment to complete on my new house as rest of Money didn?t go through for final payment to solicitors as they didn?t tell me the funds I had were to large to go though on my app ! So already moved out of my existing House we are now homeless with Two dogs , 4 puppies and 2 kids . So had to wait to go into my Barlclays Branch on the Saturday Morning, 29th ,
Going into there I was a bit of wreck with my 6yr old son needing & wanting help ,
Immediately I was greeted by a lady who I did recognise on previous visits who was lovely , telling her what has happened and what I needed to be done then 1 min later was shown into a room where I was helped and put at ease by the amazing Connie Fisher , so professional and quick on doing the final payments ,in between interacting playfully with my son , my heart stopped beating 100 miles an hour soon after and left with a smile All thanks to Connie and the amazing staff at Barclays Bank Hayward Heath , completed on the Monday Morning happy days , Brownies all around ?

What there couldn't do wasn't a problem, the problem was the poor customer service and attitude I received. I would stay clear from Barclays and not just this branch but the hole company as they seem to like hiring people of that standard. Disgusted

I've had to visit Barclays Haywards Heath a couple of times also the Van at the Triangle Burgess Hill.
Both times I've dealt with Corrina, who was exceptionally helpful , and professional.
I can't thank her or recommend her enough.

I would personally wish you to know that my husband and I found Andrea in investments at Haywards Heath branch to be absolutely excellent in all aspects of his job and exceedingly pleasant and nice to deal with! Barclays needs more Andrea's!!!!
