had chicken and pork. chicken was too salty, the pork was good! spring rolls had a bland taste-no dipping sauce provided. i guess this is how it is on HK style.

They?re lying about their food rating with a 5 on the door but the official rating is 1

Worst ramen I?ve had in Brighton. Didn?t taste of anything and just had overcooked egg and a bit of broccoli in it. Should have looked at the photos first. Also the DimSum was the frozen ones you get from the supermarket

Aside from the fact that it's a lifeless takeaway with a garish exterior that is a huge eyesore on the laines, they are also incorrectly advertising that they have a 5 star hygiene rating when they, in fact, only have a one star hygiene rating.

They have a 5 posted on the shop. What else could they be lying about

Don't trust the ????? Food Hygiene sticker on the door... It's fake. Check online - their real rating is just one star. Ask yourself whether you want to eat in a place whose food hygiene needs 'major improvement'?!

DO NOT EAT HERE, displays 5 star food hygiene on door but actual rating is one star.... been caught out by others and have been reported for shady practices.

Lovely food and service.

Dude look at the food hygeine. They have a score of 1. It's disgusting. How can you eat here? Plus the owners/workers are not Hong Kongers here. Cultural appropriation.

Effortlessly INCREDIBLE restaurant. Simple interior yet one of the best place to get fresh and wholesome food in Brighton.

Honestly, this is one of the very best if not the best Chinese food restaurants in Brighton and one of the best restaurants full stop. Don?t be put off by the backlit menus on the wall. Super fresh cooking from the kitchen, home made sauces including one of the best chilli oil sauces which is the chef?s own recipe. Super fresh vegetables. Incredible spices. Oh and fabulously cheap - just great. Please do go - lovely place.
Vegetarian options: Very flexible kitchen - team happy to make veg options, add tofu and so on.

The restaurant smells of fried oil and your clothes will get very smelly. The toilet has not been cleaned in a while. There was grime around the sink. The food: I ordered a veg ramen and it was very thin and not too tasty so I asked for soy sauce. It had mainly cabbage and broccoli stalks. I counted two small cubes of tofu. I also ordered a cup of English tea which was served in a water glass with a separate glass of soya milk. The waiter was nice but was constantly looking at his mobile phone. The worst was the music. I could not wait to finish my ramen and get out of there.

this is the most terrible experience I have ever have. First, the food were not traditional Hong Kong barbeque meat, and the temperature of the food wasn't reach at least 75 degree. Also, when i was going to the toilet, i saw the chef was using his hand without any gloves or cover to touch the food and the sauce. it was really disgusting. i have never seen a restaurant like this. What's more, if you go there, you could see they hang the meat with no cover. it means the meat before they served to you, it is dirty.
