Toilets absolutely disgusting. We had to drive on to somewhere my wife could actually use. 2 of the three cubicles i the ladies were padlocked shut the other one was filled with faeces.

Be careful. One of the cashiers, a young man, steals from customers. We bought food and drink costing £5.50 (which was smarties for £1 and 2 beers for £4.50.) He could see I was distracted by my 10 year old son. When I took cash out, I saw the cashier's eyes light up, but I unfortunately did not pay attention. He demanded £8.75 and stole the balance of £3.25. It was about 12 noon on 5th March 22. I am writing to BP's Head Office. Not in a million years am I the first person he has done this to.Update: BP, their subsidiary and the petrol station manager have been helpful. I was refunded. The cashier has been warned and if there is another complaint about theft, he will be sacked. His story is that he was tired and made a mistake. Perhaps that is why the mistake was in his favour and he never said "Would you like a receipt?" which cashiers at petrol stations always do.

This place is such a joke, the toilet is so disgusting that you actually smell of it when you get back In your car. Have to hold my breath every time and hold back gagging! It?s like it never gets cleaned. It got done up a couple of years ago but has quickly turned in to a stinking mess again. Also agree with the other comments about the rude cashier. Sort it out BP/MFG

Female and disabled toilets are always locked yet the men's are always open. I do reactivate work from my van so have no choice but to use petrol garages toilets and this one is never open for females or disabled

Visited this place today 5/12/20 at 12:30. I'm an HGV driver and occasional go here to fill my truck when returning from Europe on way the back to base. On several occasions I've thought the Cashier to be on the rude side, but this time he surpassed himself. Truckers have to present their fuel card before they can fuel, and when I walked in he was preoccupied with a problem concerning another customer. So I stood patiently holding my card up for him to see as he only needed to take it from me. He shouted from behind the counter, "you just have to wait" and muttered a few other words that I couldn't hear properly, then shouted in his native Asian language. Even the customer who was waiting behind me couldn't believe his attitude...I said to him that's no way to talk to a customer. Then the cashier shouted something else... I said, "you know what, I'll take my business elsewhere and you'll lose the sale of around £400 worth of diesel"...Reading previous comments on here this seems to have been going on for years, so how is this nasty person still working at this BP/Costcutter? Why would any company want him bringing their brand down and losing business?The whole site is a mess and the toilets are disgusting and should be condemned...DON'T USE THIS PLACE....

Disappointing. Some pumps only have 97 petrol and this isn't advertised very clearly. When I mentioned this to the cashier and he was quite rude. Won't use again.

I?m a lorry driver and I normally fill up ad blue and diesel from there and the staff they have is very rude and I gave him my fuel card and it didn?t work on the machine and he could of done it manually but he refused and kept my card rather than giving it back and then when I called the police he came back and done it for me on the machine and he?s not only done it to me he?s done it to a few of my other colleagues he was very rude

Very rude staff member today between 10 and 11am, arrogant man and should be sacked, I said to him that he was very rude, in turn he said yeah I'm rude, and as i walked out he stuck his middle finger up at me, I'm absolutely disgusted by this, I will never go to this station again, and I will be complaining higher up
