I wanted to buy a salad and there were none left. But that?s ok i understand it was early
But i asked for a hot coffee with hot milk, because I?m taking it away and I prefer to drink it later but still hot. The cashier made me repeat, I repeated that i wanted it hot with hot milk
It was lukewarm
I went back to say that i think they put cold milk in the coffee
He said no, open the lid and told me it?s not cold
I paid nearly £4 and I will not enjoy a hot drink.
I left it and bought another one later
It?s not very hard to serve a hot drink hot.

They charged me £10.20 for a filter coffee which is £1, the ham and cheese roll (£5) and a packet of crisps!!
How on earth does that come to £10.20??
And the guy serving me didn't even know how to use the till!!
Didn't have time to argue as I had a plane to catch!!
Unacceptable... and they can hardly it claim it was busy. There were four people serving and I was the only customer!!

Bought some sandwiches which were fine but the oat cappuccino was one of the worst I have ever had. Been drinking pret coffees for years but this was terrible. Ended up binning it after 2 sips.

They claim you get 20% discount on most of all their food and drinks for £30/month with their Club Pret, funny enough I have loads of pictures and compared their pricing before they had this Club Pret and they are not giving you 20% discount, more so they?ve added 20% on top of the prices and now your Falafel Warm Wrap costs £7.30 instead of £5.84.
Like all large corporate chains, they are constantly scamming the public making us believe that we are missing out on an offer but they don?t realise that we just stop going as often. I never eat or drink there anymore for the last year. They have become on all their products suddenly 20% more expensive without being a member. Unaffordable.

Very expensive, the food is nice but honestly so pricey. Major down side and disappointment is that there drinks are incredibly hit and miss. For the price of them you?d expect them to taste amazing every time.To add to the disappointment and frustration there always closing 15-20 minuets early, today I was even told the machines are off and there?s no baristas and this was 20 minuets before they?re meant to close

Pret is absolutely my go to for a brownie whenever I can get it as they are so fudgey and delicious. I wish we had this chain at home

Pret A Manger has always been my go-to spot internationally. I could always count on finding cold-pressed juice and fresh fruits there. The dining area was spacious and the service was good. The checkout process was quick. The best part is that they do take apple pay.
