I went this evening while having a 2 hour flight delay in London. I went into the store at 930p and found two items that I needed to try on. I was shown the dressing rooms by one employee, and another employee explained that they were not allowed to be used because they were closing soon. I put my items back and left. When I got outside, I realized closing time was not until 10. I'm writing this review at 944 and they have pulled down one of the metal doors, but are still open. I am very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service and professionalism. Typically, a business wants to sale items, not turn people away.
