I suspect the people who paid for Premium and then complained the spaces were too small hadn't actually parked in the Premium area...When you go to Level 3 you have to drive past some standard (small) spaces, turn right past the ramp up to Level 4, then go through the barrier to the Premium area straight in front of you....

Got charged twice,£60 fine for 3 minutes I entered the parking but couldn’t find a space, never again

Only parked for 45 minutes and was charged £13.Spaces are tiny and leave hardly any room to open doors or boot.
