Awful service. Didn?t call my order out and then when I asked politely whether the order was mine the staff member just grunted at me past their shoulder. It?s not like he was busy and had to rush the orders either.

The staff is pretty slow, they smile a lot, but they don't take orders properly and don't own up to their mistakes. A black americano takes forever and doesn't taste very good.

This is a hidden gem. It is very quiet because it?s on the way to security so most just walk past. Can always get a seat as a result.

All good - I have the oatmeal hot latte a lot in nero but Tom in Gatwick today made the best oat latte I have ever tasted :) and a service with a smile :) good job :)

Nothing spectacular about the place. The lady who served me was apparently the manager and seemed to be in a rush even if the queue was empty. Customer service skills sub par. I won't be patronising this cafe nero anymore and I am at the airport quite often

I loved this airport cafe, where I felt that I wasn't really in an airport. The combination of furniture and layout sections combined for an enjoyable meal. This is a definite stop for travelers who have long stays at Gatwick, cozy work areas, and reading areas.
