I do understand that staffing can be difficult. If you are going to be shut Sat morning because no pharmacist is available it would be helpful to post this info online. I work in the week, so Sat is the only day I can pick up prescriptions. If I have missed anything online I apologise, but I am now without my prescription until next Sat.

As so often with this pharmacy, very disappointed with their total lack of helpfulness. I have a lot of meds on repeat prescription but for once I had missed a repeat and due to the bank holiday had run out completely of drug I should take daily. Went into the surgery who sent a request to Rowlands at 11am but warned me I may have to wait two working days for the drugs. A nurse at the surgery suggested that I ask Rowlands if they would let me have eight pills to be going with until they could fulfil the request. (4 a day taken). I phoned Rowlands at 2.15pm who spoke to me as though I was an idiot and said they had no electronic request come through and when they did, they would fill the request. How I?m meant to know when the electronic request goes through, they didn?t say. Nor were they bothered that I wouldn?t have my meds until they deemed they could make them up. I so badly want to support local businesses but like many people I really will have to change to a chemist that at least tries to help. Rude, sarcastic, unhelpful inefficient. Those are the better adjectives for this company.

I went to collect some medicine from Ferring pharmacy today and was greeted by a friendly woman, who checked for my medication. She couldn?t find it so asked for the help of a colleague. It turned out the doctors hadn?t sent my prescription over and the pharmacy were due to close in 15 minutes and would be closed for quite a few days due to Christmas. The staff went above and beyond to help me get my medication. They were lovely and so helpful. Would recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

These guys are always great however yesterday they were my knights in shining armour!! After a very wasted phone call with my doctor about my cluster migraine of 5 days my wife went down here to see what could be done. They listened and advised. Home my wife came with the tablets. The tablet?s definitely begun lifting the cluster migraine. Thank you so much for your help yesterday!! You?re great. ?

This is the worst pharmacy ever in my experience. The woman at the cashier is so incredibly rude it?s shocking she still has a job. She needs to improve her customer service skills and maybe crack a smile now and then. Or just stay at the back and stop spreading her negative energy to other people who are just trying to go about their day. Disappointing experience I would not recommend this pharmacy

This village chemist provides an amazing community service and has helped out on a number of occasions with my parent's meds when there have been some issues (that weren't their fault). The pharmacists are alway accessible and helpful, the delivery drivers friendly, and Grace, who arranges the blister packs, deserves a special thanks as she has been our "saving Grace" on a number of occasions ? Many thanks!
