Very sad to write this review have been trying out Tp agreed accounts prices, today sent my daughter to pick up, 7 osb 3 boards charged over £19 per board my price is normally £11 having checked last 3 orders over the last week, been charged, £11 2nd order £12 3rd order today £19 when my daughter queried the guy ( says Julian on receipt) but high viz said Dom he was young like me mixed race with an ear piercing was just told that's the price, what joke and clearly to lazy to check system, sad the delivery driver is excellent the telephone first great. Let down by staff like the above

Great place, had a huge selection of timbers I needed and generally pretty well stocked and helpful staff.
A very special focus however on Fab and Dom from the toolhire section who literally saved me from a critical mistake I made not once, not twice but three times, when they didn't have to. They went out of their way by a huge amount and really helped me out. I'll 100% be coming back and its pretty much exclusively thanks for Fab and Dom!

Received a great level of service from Paul, and also the counter sales guy, at this Travis Perkins. As a non-trade customer, I needed to buy some plasterboard products, but needed steering in the right direction, and also needed some assistance with cutting the plasterboard to get it into my car. Paul in the timber area went above and beyond, he couldn?t have been more helpful, and given it was rapidly approaching closing time, he was still only too happy to assist.

Knowledgeable staff - I'm non professional and find TP expensive. However, the materials are often higher quality than other commerce. Good choice if you don't want to redo the job in 5 years

Excellent customer service from Travis Perkins. Had some MOT, Gravel and boards delivered when I was out and for security the boards were wedged under the gravel. TP came back out to move the bags as I needed the boards first. No questioning or anything else, they were just happy to help.
