Took my motorhome in for a fridge service as it was not working on gas. Did not work after the service either!When I phoned and informed them they said they would call me to arrange to have it in again. No phone call forthcoming so I called them many times with no pick up. I think they blocked my number. When I checked the gas jet they had damaged it!. Please do not use these cowboys.

So helpful. Highly recommended to do repairs on your motorhome or caravan. Sorted out my 3 way fridge, and a difficult to find water leak, and also sorted some wiring problems on my old Hymer. Very friendly and very reasonably priced.

Do not trust these guys as far as you can throw them. My opinion is based on sales. They tried to screw me big time by selling my van without telling me as I was ?safely ? away in Spain . It took me several years to get my money and I still don?t whether I got my full entitlement. I had to go through the courts to get the minimum I was due. It was A very bad experience and I am aware that others suffered even worse than I did

Popped into the office , and explained that the toilet in my caravan was not flushing.Darren was out on a call, but phoned me that day. We arranged a time, he turned up bang on time. He discovered my battery was flat, we made another appointment for after the weekend 5 mins after arriving found the problem a fuse had blown, and had been marked up wrong . Great service, the best I have ever had, will use them again without a shadow of doubt.Brian Isaac.

Hopelessly incompetent! Caravan went back and forth three times to fix a leak, never once fixed, didn't even do the basics like cover exposed screws on the roof strap with waterproof sealant so all have rusted!! Useless.

Just purchased a small 304 elsewhere. Had our caravan serviced here and after checking over the work it seems nothing has been missed (as a heating engineer myself I know what I?m looking at as far as the gas system goes). Very efficient with reasonable prices and great knowledge. Will definitely be using again.

Had a roof vent and 240v system fitted. All the work was good (we had heavy storms just after and all was dry). Price almost half price of another company and Darren is happy to help where he can.Good standard of work and at a reasonable price. I will be using them again in the near future for a window and an awning because their standard of work is good.
