This Waitrose is very well run considering the low staff count. Clearly not been renovated for a long time but it doesn't matter. They have some shishi dark chocolate for cooking and sparkling water so one can put together a fairly complete diet with a tenner and change.

The more I visit the more I find them to have stock, staff seems friendly and helpful they don't do pay as you go gas or electricity. The pharmacy inside is quite slow so be sure to call in before you collect your medication this will save you a lot of time.

Yet again, argumentative staff at the click and collect counter! Having booked in online to collect the item, I was greeted with - you need to book in, stated I had, said I hadn't etc. Item was behind the assistant and had clearly been brought out. No need to be rude or condescending to your customers Waitrose, (especially when you are wrong ... again!)

Got everything I needed. Its a shame that ot has lost so many tills to make room for the self scan part, but I have to say it kind of loses a little finesse that's you associate with waitrose.Produce good and we left woth all we wanted. Staff ere are on the whole amazing, very helpful, polite and offered advice when needed.
