I went into Vodafone in East Grinstead with my gran who?s 84 to get her first mobile. Graham was so helpful from the minute we walked in, he was incredibly patient and helpful. My gran has since been back asking for some help, he was more than happy to help and he really has made the whole process so easy for her. I can?t thank him enough for making something my gran was anxious about such a brilliant experience. He?s a great asset to Vodafone, thank you Graham !!!

Website says they open at nine. Store door says they open at nine. Yet at nine they are still closed and let you stand out in the cold. And that is after having by error switched my phone number to my daughter's SIM and left me with no service. And that is after two weeks of being unable to restore service to my daughter's SIM, leaving her without any service for almost three weeks now! Absolutely terrible how this went!

Staff are rude and don't listen! Ordered an upgrade was promised it next day when I chased it up I was told it would be up to 2 weeks. Staff blamed an absent colleague. Vodafone's ad says 'putting you in control' what a joke ?

Don't go to the shop if you have any problems as they will send you away to call the helpline yourself . They didn't even give me the number. Seriously disappointed. The helpline however was great.
