Converted my shoes from leather to Dainite soles. Cost less than a third of what a competitor quoted for the same job, quality of finish looks good, and turned around in a week. Staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Would happily recommend.

Extremely rude staff and unhelpful, brought my leather boots in to have the soles glued back together.
I asked the guy if he could mask the leather or something since my previous pair of boots that were done here had a lot of glue on sides, the guy was clearly offended by a perfectly reasonable request and his response was ?NO CHANCE!? Im not sure where this chap gets his customer service training from, but having worked in retail in my youth I would not be speaking to a customer like that.
I understand 2 guys work here regularly, this happened on the 6th of Aug, hopefully the right guy can get some refresher customer service training.

had a fantastic experience at Timpsons East Grinstead today! I was greeted immediately by a staff member named Pete. He was nothing but attentive, kind and so helpful from the beginning! I cannot rate this trip more! Very very pleased! Thank you so much!

Very impressed really with our branch of Timpsons. Had keys cut here before and just had done some photos for ID/Passport type use with the Fuji digital system code numbers now these days necessary for passport photos. Very good helpful guy in our local store in London Road EG, good with the camera. Good service throughout experience, much faster than using a photo booth yourself, of 4 photos for £12.99.
