The Railway Pub in East Grinstead has seriously stepped up its game, thanks to a new chef who?s completely turned the place around. If you haven?t been in a while, it?s time to give it another go?because the food is next level.
First off, the Buffalo Chicken Burger is a beast. Crispy, juicy chicken absolutely drenched in buffalo sauce, with just the right mix of spice and tang. Add in a toasted brioche bun, fresh toppings, and a killer blue cheese dressing, and you?ve got yourself a proper burger that hits the spot every time.
Then there?s the Sticky Toffee Pudding?easily one of the best I?ve had. Soft, rich sponge cake soaked in warm toffee sauce, with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream melting into it. Pure dessert heaven.
With the new chef in charge, the whole menu has had a serious glow-up. Whether you?re after a proper meal or just some top-tier pub food, The Railway Pub is smashing it right now. Highly recommend checking it out!

Honestly one of the best experiences in a long time from front of house kayleigh was on point and a pleasure to deal with ... then the food phenomenal smashed burger cooked by Harry made with love ..definitely recommend 10 out of 10

Arrived at 7.30pm to be told the kitchen was closed. I asked if good could be brought in and was told yes by the manager. Eventually went and got food from outside the establishment and was grabbed by security. Security took me to said manager who lied and told me this was never said. Don?t trust this place.

Friendly pub with excellent food, especially the Chef?s special burgers. We ordered halloumi fries and chicken wings to begin, which were very tasty. Then we ordered the festive burger which was outstanding. Home made beef patty with Camembert, bacon, sage & onion aoli and cranberry & chilli jam. Outstanding flavours and the chef delivered our burgers to our table in person. Highly recommended and will definitely return

Lovely place inside here. We ordered 1 starter and 2 mains and i couldnt fault it. Unreal food and the chef even came out to ask if the foods okay for us! 10/10 honestly!

Not far from the railway station, with good food and friendly staff , it's a proper pub, near shops and an excellent cafe.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a big ramp giving g access to the place, but a step at the entrance. They have done the best they can give. The building. The staff will help.

A little confusing figuring out what to do. Went inside and asked about seating, a big place, how to order. Now I know, but a weird start.
Had a burger with fries (chips). The fries were the best I ever had in my life!!!!!! I've eaten lots of fries. I could eat them every day with a beer. Now, writing this, I might have to walk up there today.
