Beautiful taps and bathroom fittings at excellent prices. Also the best customer service I've had for some time?so nice not to have to deal with an AI bot: there was a flaw in the chrome finish of one of the fittings, and a replacement part was ordered and delivered unbelievably quickly. Thank you

I had an issue with a sink I bought from Tapstore. Due to delays with the fitter who was to fit it three months elapsed before I unpacked it and discovered a small crack. Despite it being long outside the normal time allowed to report problems I emailed Tapstore more in hope than expectation. Tapstore petitioned the maker (Franke) on my behalf and to my delight they agreed to replace it. The new one arrived today and is perfect. I cannot praise Tapstore and Franke highly enough. Their customer service has been far beyond normal expectations and I can?t thank them enough. I have been a Franke user for many years but a newbie to Tapstore, I can?t recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all concerned.

Bought a kitchen mixer over 5 years ago which started to drip but was out of warranty - Teresa @ Tap Store was really helpful and sorted out replacement cartridges to be sent direct to me free of charge - excellent service, would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

I bought an expensive black kitchen sink waste kit in February and the black coating started to come off within a few months, exposing the bare metal underneath. Theresa from Tapstore was extremely helpful in getting a replacement out of the manufacturer, despite them initially attempting to renege on the 15 year guarantee that came with the product. Definitely worth 5 stars for customer service.
