Visited East Grinstead branch for my regular eye test and new glasses. Got two pairs on the 2 for 1 deal and really pleased with the service. All the team were amazing but as usual Julie stood out as she gives exemplary customer service.

Made an appointment for my disabled mother, explained her difficulties and needs over the telephone. Assured she would be seen promptly. Attended and was told 20 minutes. No way could mum sit on the ridiculous, slippery chairs without arms. Absolutely no provision for disabled. Home tests aren't as efficient and not carried out by well experienced staff.

Not good for kids under 8...couldn't adjust the seats appropriately so ended to having to repeat tests. Optician became impatient when my 7yr old started to get fidgety - no wonder when it ended up taking 1.5hrs/3 repeats because the position could not be adjusted properly for his height.

I thought Specsavers East Grinstead deserved this review on behalf of my nine-year-old daughter. A big shout out to Charlotte who goes above and beyond every time she walks in Specsavers and today sorting my daughter out with her dream glasses, she?s so excited to pick them up. Thank you Charlotte for always helping us ? You are a credit to the store you work for. They?re lucky to have you and we appreciate your friendly, honest advice and help over the years.
