Extremely disappointed on the 7/7/2024, I was served by the assistant/duty manager and I must say the way that I was spoken to was awful it felt like she didn?t want to be there and all she wanted to do was go home! I got my stuff and quickly left after paying. I must say I won?t be going there again.
However there was another staff member on the tills who was wearing a service champion lanyard and she was amazing could really tell she deserved that lanyard!

Very good tool store. One of my favourite tool companies. Good prices. Great value. Helpful counter staff helped me pick out some fire proof safes in past shopping there, for safekeeping of important documents.

The Duty manage Tadi and team massively helpful with a refund and even helped with my order to a different site. The whole team spot on friendly, helpful and professional. Awesome customer service. 11 out of 10 from me.

Very long queues out of the door, approximately a fifteen minute wait to pick up a "click and collect" order. I feel that the experience would be significantly enhanced if they were to prioritize "click and collect" orders, especially during the pandemic.

Long queue,staff talking,laughing, looks like funny job,don't care about customers, 30min waiting!Summer outside! Wake up! High viz t shirts out of stock! Or waiting up to 48h. Stone age! Don't understand management, loosing money. Lots of money. Change name OUT OF STOCK. This is real shop name.
