I ordered for delivery here, they pushed my order 3 times from 5.50pm up to 8.15pm. no answer on the phone. I called 6 times with no answer. This restaurant is useless. Absolutely pointless even trying to order here. Don't even bother. Extremely Disappointed ??

Not a great experience. I ordered the mushroom and leek arancini. It was disgusting. 4 dry oily deep fried tasteless balls filled with indistinguishable and soggy gunk. I ate half of one and left the rest. I told the waitress it was not nice. But she charged me the full price anyway! Naturally we left no tip!
No atmosphere at lunchtime.

Visited Prezzo restaurant in East Grinstead. The pizza was very thin, but had very poor toppings. My table was quite close to the kitchen and I experienced a lot of stress as the chef spoke very rudely to the other chefs while working. The waitress who served our table had a tear-stained face. I think it was my impression of the environment that blocked the taste of the food, and I didn?t feel it! Outrageous and unpleasant, management should care about their employees first so they can create a great service and experience.

Great food, and very friendly and helpful staffParking: There are some parking spaces on the street opposite, but they are only for an hour. The best place to park is the car park behind Iceland, which is a 2-3 minute walk awayWheelchair accessibility: It's a stepped entrance, so it's not suitable for wheelchairs

Lovely lunch from the reasonably priced festive menu. The Tuscan Sausage dish is delicious, perfect for this time of year and so flavoursome, and not served with pasta, which for me is a bonus. The staff are warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is always good. Thoroughly recommend Prezzo East Grinstead.
