I payed to ship a parcel via Parcel Force and was directed to drop it off at the Post Office in East Grinstead.The unhelpful staff at the London Road Post Office refused to take it as they said it took up too much space and sent me on my way. Fortunately the staff at the Dunnings Mill Post Office couldn't have been more helpful and took the parcel despite have far lass space than London Road. I shall be going there in future and avoiding London Road.

Visited for the first time this week and they are extremely rude. Didnt acknowledge me when I was waiting to be served and looked me up and down asking 'what I wanted'. I was spoken to very very rudely and my receipt thrown at me when I asked for it. I am very very annoyed at the way I was treated and will not be returning again. Really do not recommend

Nice and friendly family, running a reliable and consistent service. Pretty much a lifesaver if you running out of something important at your household and do not want to go to Sainsburys.

Limited times for amazon collection. Lady told me only collection is M to F despite Amazon saying weekends as well. Wasted journey.

(1)post office branch (2) post code (3) search or find then you get correct information and the main thing this web is related with sunnyside store the time is 6:00 to 6:30 please find correct way.

Not good. I cycled up there to use the post office on Saturday and the proprietor told me it was just the store that was open until 5:30- the Post Office closed at 12:30. It did not say this on the website and this should be corrected.
