We celebrated my daughter?s 18th birthday on Tuesday evening for a big family meal. I don?t know the name of our waitress but she was so attentive & gave us excellent service. The food was lovely too, thank you ?

I am a special needs teacher and visited with my class yesterday, as part of our school career's week.
I couldn't fault our pizza making session, led by the delightful, patient Sophie.
She met every individual need perfectly, and made every moment fun and informative at a level that suited our children.

Food was great, but the reason why I am writing a review is because our waitress was amazing! (Marchie) sorry if spelt incorrect, she went above and beyond to give us impeccable service. Kind, funny but most importantly efficient. So thank you for making our night a laugh and just being great!

Such a pleasant experience at the East Grinstead Pizza Express tonight. Having frequented many a pizza express over the last few years I can honestly say that this was my best experience so far. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the atmosphere and the service were spot on. Right from the start our waitress Karima was very friendly. She was extremely welcoming, helpful and informative but also helped to create the relaxed atmosphere that was so appealing. She was very patient with us mucking about ordering and added that extra bit of a sparkle to our evening. She is a credit to the company and evidently works very hard too. Thanks!

We booked to eat here on Sunday 9th March as a table of 6 for my son?s 9th Birthday! It was my son?s request to eat here as he loves pepperoni pizza and it really didn?t disappoint! Viki was fantastic and made the experience so special. She looked after us so well and even though the restaurant was busy, we felt she was always there if we needed her. The food was delicious and we even had a candle in his dessert and everyone sung Happy Birthday which he loved! Such a lovely experience that we will all remember. Viki really went above and beyond and I feel is a real asset to your team.

I came in last week and the service was fantastic. And the food was superb definitely the best pizza express in the area. My server was Izzy and she was so kind and attentive. I will definitely be coming back.

i came in 10 days ago and the service was lovely. food was amazing and the atmosphere was very pleasant, my waitresses sophie and jess were very friendly and chatty. i recommend going there and will definitely be coming back

Went for a family birthday treat. Really slow service, items from the starters were missing, and the pizzas were just awful. Bases were burnt and way too crispy, pepperoni was burnt and tough as leather. And the mushroom special was almost lacking mushrooms. A real disappointment.

We had a lovely experience last night with my little ones! Our waitress was brilliant and super attentive. Karima was very helpful and even took the time to sort our vouchers out at the end of the meal so we could save some money! Thanks so much and we will defiantly be back soon
