I've had the Pets at Home app for a number of years now, but each time I've tried to use it, my details couldn't be found, today, I visited this branch, & spoke to Kirstie, who i have to say, was brilliant.
Im not one for posting reviews, but the help she gave me, in sorting this long term problem out, needs recognising, very helpful, knowledgeable about the process, and very professional & generally interested in her role......makes a change to visit a shop, & get helpful guidance

Always a great place to visit when you need pet supplies! ?
I have been visiting this store for a while now in order to get rabbit supplies for my two rescue buns, it's a brilliant store with loads of selection for a variety of pets which is a refreshing change.
Most pet stores don't seem to have much more than cat or dog supplies which makes sense as they are the most popular pets. However Pets at Home has supplies for pretty much any pet and in a variety of choices too.
Since I have two dwarf buns, they require smaller food pellets and slightly different lifestyle adaptions which Pets at Home provides. ?
You can also get bits and bobs for reptiles, rabbits, chinchillas, fish, ferrets, hamsters, even guinnea pigs. And that's not even the complete list of all of the animals they supply for. ?
They are also pet friendly so you can bring your pets inside, which is really, really helpful if you are out on a dog walk.
There is a water bowl too so your dogs can stay hydrated.
Parking is fairly good and you are likely to get a space, the car park does naturally have a time limit so plan ahead if you are going to be over an hour (there is a long stay carpark 50m down the road) ?
Over all, 5/5! Will keep coming back ?

I really like this store, the staff gives good advice, they helped me with our pets many times. And there are wonderful aquarium fish there, and I bought everything there and got advice on how to care for them.

WARNING if your having your pet groomed don't stay in the car park there is a time limit. It cost me £60 in a fine because I was 10 minutes over. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

I go almost weekly to purchase locusts but deliveries are not always consistent so it's pot luck if you get them newly delivered and fresh. Staff friendly though
