Ordered a takeaway tonight. Delivery arrived on time. Food was the best I have eaten from local Chinese restaurants in East Grinstead for many years. The crispy chili beef was the best I’ve ever eaten and I always order this when I have Chinese food. Very hot, in a rich and plentiful sauce. Forget the dry chewy chili beef other places serve. This was a culinary delight. I will always order from New Jade Garden for Chinese food in the future as I have enjoyed this meal immensely.

The beef chow mein had generous portions of beef and noodles. Everything was well mixed, and the flavor stayed consistent until the last bite.delivery man is very humble and on time.

Best Chinese in east Grinstead don?t skip the crispy chilli beef it?s soooo crispy same as the prawn toast and the salt and pepper chicken is also 10/10??? have been desperate to find a good Chinese in the area as I?ve tried them all and was really unimpressed with the quality but New Jade Garden smash it out the park everytime. First few times we picked up really nice then had a delivery was horrible, tasteless & doughy chicken balls, dishes lacked flavour. Thought we'd try again as we thought maybe delivery on a busy Friday was why, picked up on a Sunday the curry sauce tasted like nothing, salt and pepper chicken was plain and dry not seasoned at all, beef in black bean bland and tasteless. Won't be returning as it's wasting money at this point.

Originally given the wrong order. My order finally came 1hr 20mins after ordering. No apology just got shouted at down the phone. Mostly very bland dishes. Won't use again.

Ordered online very early to be delivered at 19:00, 19:20 food hadn?t arrived, rang them to find where food was and a very rude woman said it should be here as driver had left at 19:10, 19:50 still hadn?t received it so rang again and was told he should have delivered it, it arrived at 19:53 and was freezing cold.
Driver told us that he had 3 other deliveries before us that they made him do. They didn?t care that the food was stone cold, no apology for the nearly an hour late delivery or the cold food, she spoke to me as if it was my fault?.
Absolutely disgusting service?
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE ??.

I always get my Chinese food delivered from Jade, it's the BEST in East Grinstead by far!! So very, very tasty, full of flavour, and delivered quickly and hot by friendly staff. Once, I went in to Jade when I passed the restaurant, and ordered my food, and the staff were so funny and friendly and helpful. And food really fabulous. Keep it up Jade. Love your food, very authentic, and tasty!! Worth more than 5*! :-)))))

Worst meal I have ever had delivered.
First time I had placed an order with New Jade Garden and definitely the last.
every item ordered was awful, dry, tasteless and nothing was fresh.

Excellent delivery service and website let down by the food. Generous portions but food either tasteless or overspiced. Prawns with ginger had no ginger. Chicken with cashew nuts had more onion than cashew nuts
