Joining Energie fitness was the best decision I made last year after a long illness I wanted to lose weight, build strength and increase my cardio capacity that was not good at all at the time as I had v low blood pressure. An enthusiastic trainer showed me what to do and I attended regularly using the fitness floor and Pilates sessions. I have exceeded my objectives and can hardly believe how my health and fitness have improved - blood pressure is normal, I?ve lost 2 stone in weight and endurance has significantly improved. Now I?m working on t-shirt arms for summer too. All staff are kind, encouraging professionals - I am in the best of fitness hands and the atmo is superb - happy welcoming and all facilities super clean. Funtastic experience all round!

Has everything you need. Classes/swimming pool/sauna/steam room a good amount of free weights and machines. Friendly team.

Went to sign up in person, on arrival was told they can?t do the advertised offer so went back home to sign up. As you can clearly see the offer is still valid on the website but error code so called back to be told the offer ran out this morning ! Will be taking my business elsewhere and I think my partner will cancel hers too. Jokers.

I've been a member of this gym for a few years now and the staff are just fantastic.I'd been unable to attend for a while and returned recently and attended a class and Yas, who led it was amazing!Not only how she conducted her class (Aqua) but how she checked in on me as I am pregnant!If you want to a join a gym in East Grinstead this is the one!Thanks All ??

Nice gym, everyone is so friendly. The staff members remember your name and make you feel welcome. Relaxed feel mixed crowd from young to old. No-one would feel out of place. Next to the wellequipted gym I love the swimming pool sauna and steam room. You leave feeling like you have had a spa day! Good changing facilities with plenty of spacious lockers. Whats not to love!

Basically everything's there. Swimming pool is 1,2m and 3 lanes - which is ok. Weekend hours are quite short, which is sad. Also everything could do with some upkeep - missing shower knobs, loose parts, paint coming off, dirty steam room or tile fillings... And you have to bring your own padlock for the locker room. At least the staff is friendly.

Great value for money and good deals and good facilities like warm pool and steam room and sauna and good equipment and 10/10 and ideal location and Wi-Fi and has parking nd good classes and one of my happy places and only problem classes are always full and they need more class choice
