The food took ages to be served. 1 of the staff was walking around looking like they didn't want to be there.
The main reason for the low score was the disgusting state of the ladies' toilets. 1st 1 had poo everywhere! In the bowl, on the seat. The middle 1 had toilet roll over the floor and sanitary products hanging out of the bin. The 3rd one had a horrible smell. I'd to wash all of the toilet before using it. Then the inside of the door was filthy. Dirty fingerprints and someone had obviously been picking their nose and wiping it on the door.
I'd a long journey to do after stopping there otherwise I'd had walked out.
Parking: No clear signage as to where the car entrance was

Went for a drive through. It was very busy but was 2 lanes so it went pretty quickly food came quick and was hot a tasty.
Staff were very polite.
Would use again. Probably one of the better McDonald?s I have been too.
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: No problem

Lots of teenagers just hanging around, but food and service was adequate. I don?t blame the kids for hanging around in there, there?s nothing else for them to do.

New drive through in Gatwick road, been here a few times now and every time it takes 30 mins to get the food, the staff are really nice but are obviously over worked and need extra staff to keep up with the orders.
Bad upper management and planning, I'm surprised the staff haven't walked considering how hard they are having to work with no extra help.
Get some more staff macdonalds ! And give these guys a bonus for dealing with the staff issues

Been here a few times over the years generally good but this time using the drive through burger and chips both freezing cold only noticed 3 mins down the road to late to turn round.. let's just say I won't be going there again .....

Double sausage and egg McMuffin, disgraceful. The bun was saturated with oil, the wrapper it came in was absolutely filthy. It looks like somebody had wiped their backside with it (apologies for the awful description but it?s the only way I can describe it). We asked for tomato sauce and we were given barbecue, the bacon and egg McMuffin had practically no bacon in it. The brown paper with the food in, the bottom had oil all over it, I didn?t realise and I put it on top of my jeans in the car, I now have oil on my jeans - not happy. The new payment machine for the drive-through you cannot reach it when using the furthest ordering point from the building it?s too far away.
See photos - unfortunately we were in a rush we didn?t have time to go back and sort this out with the restaurant - certainly expect a lot better from McDonalds - certainly will not go back there in a hurry!

They?re a great team.
Parking: It?s unfortunate that McDonald?s chose this location. They?re a popular outlet, so it snarls up the one way system, with queues sometimes affecting the Moat Road junction.

Fries were delivered nearly cold but they exchanged them without any problem. Came in with an 18 month old in my arms and needed a high chair. Lots of staff standing around doing very little but no help in getting a high chair to the table. I had to struggle. Very poor service unfortunately. The manager needs to address this service issue with the staff hence only one star for service.

1145 in the morning and the tables were dirty and had been for some time. None of the tablets for the children worked. Compared to lots of other McDonald's I've been too this has to be the worst I've visited.
Parking: Limited parking around the back of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: None of the tablets worked which disappointed the kids. For them that's part of the fun treat of going to McDonald's

Could be much better, the burger was not warm enough. Service looked a bit hectic with not many people. But I give 3 stars and not 1 because it's not an easy job and I am grateful for the people who work in this environment.
