If I could I'd give them a 0...they have no idea what they're doing. Always a long wait, prescription is never ready and that's if they can find it.

Multiple visits to collect my mother?s medication. At the point at which they couldn?t give me anything at all on the lists of meds or plasters or paracetamol it was time to just give up, however sorry I felt for the staff who are trying to operate in such an appalling business. It?s apparently been ?between owners? for about five months.

This Place needs zero stars. They don?t notify your prescription is ready, when you turn up even when it?s supposed to be ready it never is. They seem incapable of finding your prescription. Regardless of youre the only person You still have to wait for ages. It?s just a mess and seems to have no organisation whatsoever. I have changed my prescriptions to go to Boots which is like a well oiled machine in comparison.

My wife and I were due to get our over 60 flue jab and Boots called to say they had no meds. Well we went to Lloyds at East Grinstead and they sorted us out with no fuss. They even said they had surplus Covid and Flu jabs. The service was second to none. They have a great shop with good wheelchair access. What a great place!

Last week one day opening 10min later. This week saturday 06/08 15+min later. Instead to open straight away, pharmacists starting talking with surgery receptionist. Looks like patients are not human, only pharmacists are. Hello, Lloyd's, we are humans!

Absolute shambles, never have items in stock when putting prescriptions in. Always have to wait upto and more than an hour for prescriptions.The other day the pharmacist walked out whilst I was waiting to pick up a prescription meaning I had to wait for an hour before it could be dispensed (I understand that everyone needs a break but wouldn?t you wait till the queue is gone before you go) !East grinstead branch needs a good shake up !

Have to use this pharmacy for my nan's prescription who is on palliative care. Everytime there is a problem here at least 40+ minutes each time. Rude, unhelpful. Would definitely not use them if I had a choice.

Just went to collect my repeat prescription notice in window saying temporary closed and saying were nearest pharmacy is but that don't help with repeats and most of the time you have to wait for them to be made up because they can't have them ready for you even though they have had them for a few days and they are rude if they don't want to do the job then give it to someone who does I think they are well out of order closing when people need their meds

Very long waiting times more often than not. Mon19/04/21 I waited for 35 min.Also, often rude. I have to collect for work and we have prescriptions going in at different times, I ask them to look for other prescriptions they might have so I don't have to come back and they act like I'm disturbing.Today (24/04) the new guy was being thorough and a "lady" that works there just said "there's nothing else, bye, we have other things to do".

Had a bit of a minor emergency needing a repeat prescription for my daughters condition today 13/07/19. The chap manning the pharmacy (the usual lady very good) was very obstructive after I asked a question on the phone as to why he needed so much information from us??? Apparently he took exception to this, said he didn't like my attitude??? and refused us medication saying we needed to be interviewed???. I then rang Lloyds in Sainsbury's he gave me the product with no problem. If the gentleman in question would like to call me and apologise I'm happy to listen.

I have given up trying to or this terrible chemist. They are so disorganised it takes them an age to perform the simplest task. I now use the Lloyds in Sainsburys which is excellent.
