That not the first time that i buy/use service in that shop. 4 days ago I asked to replace 2 batteries in my watches and to adjust braslet in other watch. Everything done in short period of time with an amazing service as usual.Thank you !!!!

Excellent service! Replaced the springs in my watch clasp for only £22, less than 1/20th of the quoted amount at the official store!. Friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended.

I?m really not one to leave negative google reviews, but the customer service that I received today was rude and disrespectful. I went in there to ask about rings and was laughed at when I asked if they had anything with green sapphire. The man behind the counter stated passive aggressively that ?never in my 19 years of doing this have I ever been asked about a ring with green sapphire?, and proceeded to inform me that it was too niche for it to be on display and then walked away into the back room before I could respond, leaving it to his female colleague. Every single jewellery shop I have been to in the past couple weeks has had green sapphire rings, so the way I was spoken to made me feel embarrassed and looked down upon. I?m not sure if it was that I was a younger person or a solo woman looking to buy a ring, but the attitude I was given today shouldn?t be given to any person, regardless of appearance. I would recommend taking your business further up the street where there is a jewellery man who welcomes you with a smile and lovely conversation.

I bought an engagement ring for my now fiancé at Knights.
Julie and William helped every step of the way with ideas and advice.
I had a stone ordered specially in which Julie organised for me to have a look at before the jewellery was made.
I walked in clueless of how it all worked or what I was doing, but with their help I got there in the end!
They were very fair with the price and payment schedule. So glad I went to a local business as it makes all the difference with customer care.
We'll definitely be back for the wedding rings!

I recently visited Knight Jewellers and had the most incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. I was looking for a special birthday present for my son, and the team there went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift.
After browsing through their fantastic and affordable collection, I settled on a Casio watch. Their prices are incredibly reasonable?definitely some of the best I?ve seen! I ended up choosing the Casio watch, and when I went to pay, something amazing happened. The manager (I didn?t quite catch his name, but I think it was Will) raised his hand and told me it was on the house! I honestly couldn?t believe it. A beautiful watch, free of charge, as a gift! It was such a kind and unexpected gesture, and it truly made my day. I was overjoyed knowing I could give my son the perfect birthday present without spending a penny.
Special shout-out to Julie, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. You all have a customer for life?I?ll definitely be back and telling all my friends about the exceptional service I received. I?m still so happy and grateful!

Excellent jewellers with friendly and very helpful staff. I had a ring resized and it came back beautifully cleaned and looking like new. They have some lovely jewellery to purchase. Will definitely return.

The advantages supporting independent businesses shone out today when I visited Knights Jewellers.
They gave good advice on what was the best way of fixing my sons watch. Fixed it there and then on the premisses and gave fantastic customer service. I'll definitely be using them again.

Took two rings of great sentimental value in to be valued, with one of them needing repair work and resizing. Truly believe the jewellers went above and beyond to get the work done in time for an anniversary, and to a great standard with excellent service.

Based on the reviews I decided to take my 2 watches to be repaired. Ingersoll and Lorus. I was quoted £400 and £200 for a service respectively. Thats well over their value. So I have decided to look elsewhere. A wasted 30 minute journey to the shop.
