I'm sorry to say the takeaway Bargain Bucket (6 pieces) we had yesterday was pretty terrible. All prices of chicken were very dry, small and not tasty. The fries were even worse being over cooked, unappetizing, and cold.
I brought it as a quick meal before going out so did not have time to ring up and explain how disappointed we were until the next day.
Upon ringing I was informed that on over the counter orders you have until the end of the day of purchase to complain, otherwise there is nothing that can be done. I expressed my dissatisfaction with that outcome hence the reason for my review.
SO BE WARNED.

If this had been my first KFC experience I would not repeat it. Priority here is given to online delivery orders. After a 30min wait we finally had our food. When we got home the bucket was bowing inwards because the bottom was swimming in fat. The whole meal was dripping in fat and had obviously not been drained. So disappointed with this branch of KFC.

Overall, my visit to KFC was a solid experience. The staff were pleasant, especially Gijo, who served me with a smile and even threw in an extra spicy buffalo wing?shoutout to him! It?s always nice to have friendly service, and Gijo definitely added a personal touch to the meal.
The tables could use a bit of extra attention, though. Some of them looked like they hadn?t been properly wiped down in a while, which was a bit off-putting. A quick clean-up would go a long way in making the dining area feel more inviting.
Now, let's talk about the free Wi-Fi! A major plus. The signal was strong, which made it easy to catch up on emails or scroll through social media while enjoying the meal. The password was K3F2C1 (written under the menus), though they may have changed it since my visit in March 2024. But seriously, if you?re popping in for a quick bite and need to get some work done, KFC?s free Wi-Fi is a nice bonus.
As for the food, the Zinger Burger was exactly what you'd expect: crispy, spicy, and satisfying. But the gravy? Wow. It was to die for. I could honestly drink that like water?it was that good. Lunch, dinner, breakfast? I wouldn?t complain if I had a cup of that gravy in front of me at any time of the day!
To wrap it up, the experience was positive overall, and the friendly staff, especially Gijo, made it even better. Just a little attention to cleanliness and it'd be even more inviting. But hey, if you're there for the food and Wi-Fi, you're in for a treat!
EDITED 09/1024 reviwe: I recently visited KFC and ordered what I thought would be a quick and satisfying meal?the boneless chicken meal. To my surprise, when I got my order, the only thing that was boneless in the bag was the tissue they threw in, almost mockingly, with a smirk from the employee behind the counter.
Rather than causing a fuss, I just took the meal and left. But once I started eating, it became even more of a letdown. The chicken was greasy and oily, practically dripping with it. Every bite felt heavy and unappetizing, and I could barely finish the meal. The taste was far from the crispy, flavorful chicken KFC is known for, and it left me feeling queasy.
This was one of the most disappointing fast food experiences I?ve had, and for a brand like KFC, which prides itself on its chicken, this just wasn?t up to standard. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

The lady who was serving today was very rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever, She talked rudely and was aggressive, I?ve witness her being like this before so not the first time she has been like this but previously thought she was having a bad day. She was talking and pointing at me whilst trying to get her colleague John in the back to agree with her behaviour. In the end I ask for a refund instead of getting the food.

Chicken was all hard and dried up like it had been sitting there all day long. Eating in the restaurant was appalling. It was filthy and it was horrible to sit down. Get more staff and cleaners kfc and sort it out please.

First visit, won't return. Dreadfully slow service, disgusting filthy toilets, both front windows and door with smashed glass. Only take cash, why?
